Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the Store’s Terms and Conditions.
The Store Administrator bears no liability for character bans or resets that may occur to the User following the purchase of a service; such bans and resets may be caused by multiple factors that cannot be verified.
The Online Store reserves the right to change product prices.
By accepting the Online Store’s Terms and Conditions, the User declares that they are of legal age, or that a parent/legal guardian consents to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

The Store does not charge any hidden costs.
Funds cannot be refunded after payment, except in exceptional situations decided upon by the Online Store Administrator.
After purchase, the User is obliged to read the instructions for the given service.

The User has the option to use discount coupons or bonuses via discount codes, which can be redeemed in the shopping cart and at the order summary stage.
Product fulfillment will take place within a maximum of 72 hours, unless technical issues related to the game or updates to order fulfillment methods occur—in such cases, the fulfillment period may be extended up to one month.

In the case of two-step verification, constant contact with the Store Administrator is required; if such contact is not established, the service completion time may be extended.

The Administrator reserves the right to refuse order fulfillment and to remove the User from the customer list in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
